  2. Based on suggestions: Going with Intel 2600k. Going with Corsair H60. My not have to buy disc drive, just remembered I had one in my old tower. Thanks guys.
  3. My gaming-top has done me well for last last two years-ish, but now I'm at a spot where I can comfortably build myself a solid desktop for (hopefully) years to come. One of my suite mates just built one himself and I'm riffing off of his setup with some upgrades. I'll have no problems assembling the thing although it has been 4 years or so since I built my last desktop for personal use. Currently I'm looking for critiques and suggestions on deals to help round out what I sketched out. Note: I will be ordering this through Amazon using the affiliate link, so keep any prices relevant to there. Here's what I have so far: Intel Core i7 3770K: I've heard the 2500k or 2700k might be a better option? Looking for opinions here. ASUS Intel Z77 ATX DDR3 2400 LGA 1155 Motherboard P8Z77-V: Mobo, easily replaceable as long as it works with the other parts EVGA GeForce GTX670 2048MB GDDR5 256bit: This seems to be the choice. Suggestions on brands EVGA vs Gigabyte? Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Full Tower Case: One my suite mate used, open to other options. Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB) PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3: Friend had 16gb but that seems excessive. This should do fine. CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX 12V: This should be enough power, can always upgrade to 850 if people feel I need more. Samsung 830 - Series MZ-7PC128D/AM 128 GB 2.5 Inch SATA III: This is one of the key upgrades. I have no experience with SSD's so if anyone has suggestions for cheaper / better brands that would be great. Space isn't an issue as I have other drives I can use for internal storage, but I don't want to go less than 128g. SteelSeries 6Gv2 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard: First foray into mechanical keyboards. Heard good things about the Cherry Blacks and this looks like a simple, legitimate option. Things I already have: Monitor, extra HDD, Mouse, Headset Things I need: Disc Drive- any suggestions? I'm probably just going to add in a cheap SATA DvD last second. 3rd party CPU Cooler- just realized I should probably get one, will do some research soon, looking for suggestions.
  4. No I have not, but it seems to be similar to woot without the restriction on quantity.
  5. I know many of you have or are thinking out getting a naga and while I would usually recommend you use the amazon affiliate link to purchase hardware, there is a sale on this site for 50$ with free shipping: http://toys.dailysteals.com/ About 14 hours left on it. So if you're strapped on cash and are considering a new mouse now is the time. Otherwise use the amazon link. See this thread for details on the mouse: http://teamlegacy.ne...or-gaming-mice/
  6. Totally went into this lab today. They took down most of the stuff with the copters though. Currently working on some surgical manned robot thingie. Apparently they move stuff in and out form that lab often. Maybe another computer will break and I will have an excuse to pop in again.
  7. If you're just running it for the completion, you can actually just run through most of it. Once you get Killroy buff just keep running and spamming block. Once you get to the big ring of guys you can slip through on the right side, there should be a gap, and not fight any. Then just kill the boss for the win. If you're doing it for xp normal mode is the way to go.
  8. Anyone planning on getting any of those? Considering bronze as a distraction before GW2 releases.
  9. Everything else seems fine, just that one typo. Good job though, AP jungle mummy scares me.
  10. I use my E/M for Vaettir farming. You need the 20% enchantment duration mod, but once you get rolling its good. Also still worth farming once the weekend is over (golds and glacial stones). http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:E/Me_Obsidian_Flesh_Vaettir_Farmer
  11. That fine forget about me. Grats!
  12. Free money vs Personal Internet "Privacy" . . . I'm thinking free money xD
  13. Absolutely will be setting this up if I end up needing a quick title.
