  1. Hi everyone, I applied recently, so I'll introduce myself. IRL, I'm a 34 year old guy from France. I've however been moving a lot due to studies and then work, lived in the US for a bit, currently in Germany (my german is bad though). Online, I've been playing MMOs for about 10 years, started with Ragnarok Online, then Lineage 2 for a couple years, which still holds my best memories of MMOs. I also went through others such as GW2, but more recently, I've been more into single player games, online shooters, and mobas. End of last year, I got interested in Star Citizen and started pledging a bit for it, as I'm hoping it will become real good. Went with the Sabre for a start, but I'd love to see them add drones that would be remote-controlled from some capital ships. I didn't really play the game much until recently, as my previous PC couldn't handle it very well, but I started testing with a new PC a couple weeks ago. I then found about Legacy Gaming through the LIS videos, which made me want to join Legacy Fleet, so, happy to be here, and nice to know you all.
  2. introduction

Hey everyone, I thought I would check you guys out after seeing the bdbible and then the forum post on the bdo forums. I'm very impressed with your level of organization and hope to see how you community functions and hope to find it might be a good home for my wife and I . I started on a different server but I wouldn't mind switching for a better opportunity at team play and a good guild family. I submitted a ticket to join your slack so I hope to see you all there!
  3. Hello i'm Ashooin I found this community after playing the 2nd BDO beta looking for a Guild/Group. I am not the most amazing person when it comes to the inter-webs and I found the recruitment page clicked the "Click Here" to be confused on what this google doc was for so I closed it and searched the name Praetorian Black Desert to find the website. Joined the website to only find myself in more confusion of finding the team-speak after some thinking put in Legacygg.com and found it. After talking to 3 different people I found out that after going through of this i ran out of time a Recruitment was closed... Been playing CB2 alone got a good feel to it. Playing as a Warrior well awaiting Blader. I have the Adventures package because I am not very wealthy and Adventures is already a lot of money to me for a game of this caliber. I play good amount mainly when I have someone to play with and if I am enjoying it. (0-4 hours week days)(0-14 hours week ends) This is my first ACTUAL MMO. I play a lot of different games I like sports. Yea... Looking forward to meeting you guys. The picture is due to the 49.768556 file image max
  4. You know who I am. I'm the one who made Fobmaster hate witchcraft and got Alyx to pay me for ganking his members.   East Enla's(Archeage) #1 bullshit mage player. From Brave Newbies to Arena Junkies to Sanctuary to Pirate to Fatality to uninstalling the game.  Time to make Fobmaster hate mages in black desert, too.
  5. Hello everyone, my name is Jake. I participated in the WildStar chapter and look forward to playing more games with everyone in the community. I love League of Legends and was Diamond last season. If anyone needs any tips, I can help you out. I'm down to play most games so toss me a message on Team-Speak under the name Pajuma. Looking forward to future memories!
  6. Hello everabody! I was introduced to team leagacy through archeage.  I was originally a member of survey corps, and joined over when we were merged with IL.  I must say im am loving you guys!  I have played almost every major MMO.  Currently I am only playing Archeage but I do plan to play loads of others.  If you need anything in game let me know, I really do enjoy helping my brothers in arms!
  7. Hello everyone,   My in-game name is Lokia. I started playing Archeage no mroe then a week before its official release. Leveled to 50 quickly and began to test different builds. Made a guild with some friends, but once we all reached 50, the game got "stuck". Greenzulu and Goongamer, good friends, introduced me to Imperial Legacy, and here i am xD. I´m still gearing up on GHA and crafted sets, yet again, most of it with Greenzulus help (appreciate that bro ;)   A brief description of who I am... I´m 30 years old, Portuguese, currently living in Lisbon, for now at least... I am a Chef, and most of my work makes me jump from one city to another, is it cool to travel so much? On the first year it is...After that, you just miss home sweet home.   Games and stuff... I was "hooked" for the longest time to Tera EU. It got to a point of change, that happened when Archeage showed up.   That was pretty much it. Thank you guys for having such an awesome guild, and epic members!!   I leave you now with a random quote.. "Abolisher is not a skillset, it´s a way of life!" xD   Lokia
  8. Hey Guys I'm Mind on Air, Air for short. I started gaming on console and picked up a PC a few years ago. I'm excited for Star Citizen, Black Desert, and ArcheAge! I've played many MMO before but these look like the games I've been waiting for. I'm a very ambitious player who loves pvp on just about any scale. I'm looking to join a group of organized pvp lovers like myself. Hopefully I can stick around, later!
  9. Salutations to all the community of Team Legacy   My name is Anduin Grayson a new member of this guild. My first contact with Team Legacy was in the official fan forum of Black Desert (guess you can expect me to join this chapter as soon as the game will be released) ;) I'm a strong online player, I've been playing RuneScape since it's first day (I'm not that old actually). I have many MMOS in my resume:   Dofus EverQuest Dark Age of Camelot World of Warcraft Final Fantasy XI Aion Guild Wars 1 & 2 TERA Dragon Nest... And the list goes on and on, so far the MMORPG that I've spend the most of my time are GuildWars, Tera and Aion. Mostly because of their solid PvP and Guild vs Guild. I'm joining Team Legacy in order to play ArcheAge and Black Desert simply because those two games appears to offer one of the most solid PvP-GvG with a strong Guild system and this is what I'm looking for in a mmorpg.  Others than MMOS, I'm a strong League of Legend player, currently in Gold Tier (was platinum last season). So if you want to play with me, poke me on TeamSpeak :)   Other than video-games, I'm a student. I'm studying in Security and Police Information in the University of Montreal, so you can presume that I'm a French Canadian (this will explain my funny accent). I'm also part of the University soccer team.   My hobbies are: History (I am passionate with history, I own all the Total War series and most of the Civilizations games), Cooking (French, Italian and Japanese foods and a+ for French Bakery), Reading, Japanese Geek Culture (also known as Otaku Culture) so if you want to have a discussion about animes and mangas, please do so. That being said, I don't remember seeing a topic about Mangas and Animes, I'm going to start one now :P   MUSIC! Specific kind of music, I love Classical but also Epic/Theatrical, the best way to understand this genre is to click on this link (it's not only a video, but a full playlist - enjoy) :    As a person, I am very calm, you won't hear any bad words coming from my mouth as I hate vulgarity. After a hard study day I just want to relax with friends and play video-games (hardcore gaming but in a respectful spirit)  That is all for me, really hope I could be a full part member of this community. Please feel free to PM me if you have any question or just want to start a conversation :D
  10. Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far, away.... my brother and I played an online game called 10six, which was part of Sega's online gaming in 2000, which is now run by one of it's former developers and a community under a the name of Project Visitor (http://www.projectvisitor.com/).   Since then, I've played and alpha/beta tested MANY MMOs including:   PlanetSide 1 and 2 World of Warcraft (beta through WotLK) EVE Online City of Heroes/Villians Aion SWToR Neverwinter Guild Wars 2 LotRO Secret World Rift FireFall WildStar   Currently: ArcheAge and StarCitizen     I've alpha/beta tested MANY others not listed (e.g. AutoAssault, Everquest, ESO, etc...) that were either not very good comparatively or it just lacked gameplay for me.   I have a long history of either founding game specific guilds or joining existing ones.  I dislike drama, politics, immaturity, and power starved leaders.  I like keeping things simple, guild members that ARE leaders without status or title, the freedom to be creative and have fun playing games with others looking to do the same, taking my Jeep to the coast or mountains, and the smell of pine trees on a rainy day.  MMO gaming should be an enjoyable break, not another life or job.  So, I'm usually pretty selective on the guilds I do join.   I've been in hardcore guilds before I had a career, family, and responsibilities.  RL comes first, so my gaming time may fluctuate, which leaves me being a hardcore player with casual/flexible time constraints... so semi-hardcore.  Besides, I rarely ever see a hardcore guild last more than a MMO's first 3-6 months, which they either split or completely disband.   I'm not the best player, but I do my best when I play and I respect others that do the same. I help the guild when and where I can.  Although I don't mind PvE content, I prefer the challenge and dynamic of open world PvP engagements, rather than fixed instances where PvP becomes more about gear vs gear.  Some of my most memorable wPvP experiences have been in Aion (founded a guild named Talon Legion) and PlanetSide 2 (joined 666 Devil Dogs and eventually started VAST with friends).   My first experience with Team Legacy has been through the WildStar betas.  For WildStar, I didn't see many west coast guilds, so I started VAST's WildStar "chapter". We kept tabs and helped support TL through the beta and post release on Pago.  We had a lot of long-term plans for WildStar, unfortunately, the game just didn't live up to expectations and it's evolving into something that I no longer enjoy playing.  Although I had a lot of creative fun with WildStar, I've decided to step down as VAST's GM and move on to ArcheAge, which I've had my eyes on for quite awhile.  It's not an easy decision, but the right one to enjoy playing an MMO again.   I really enjoyed watching how Team Legacy conducted themselves on both Pergo and Pago, so deciding to apply for ArcheAge and StarCitizen (in the future) where I hope to join the TL family in their MMO conquests.  If you'd like to know more, you must bring me..... a shrubbery! :)   P.S. Most of my character names are either prefixed or suffixed with "Nyt".  KISS consistency... :)
  11. Heyo, the name's Nuwbz ("noobs", "nubs", whichever you prefer).  I planned to join up in the early spring, but Arena Commander (Star Citizen) was delayed and squelched my interest.  Now that it's been released I'm finally making use of the forum account I made here.   I haven't found "that one game", like I had back in the day with Halo PC, that could occupy most of my gaming time, but I'm hoping that's Star Citizen when development is complete.  What better way to enjoy it than with a group of players to best make use of the game's proposed scale?
  12. Hello Team Legacy. I am Aeolus Drift.   I have been a gamer ever since I was introduced to my father's space sims at an early age, I have dabbled in about every genre out there, RTS, FPS's, 4X, RPG's, MOBA's, mecha games, you name it. I have even played Valve's famous Hat trading simulator, despite never having traded a hat once in my life playing that game. However, my first and longest passion in gaming has been my desire to take the helm of a pilot and to travel the stars. Its because of this I consider myself rather grateful to have been able to experience the golden age of space sims, even if it was at the fleeting edge.   While I don't have a game I'm particularly focusing on at the moment, I do dabble in a fair number of games currently. Including League of Legends, Smite, Red Orchestra 2/Rising Storm, War Thunder, Planetside 2, Dota 2, Freespace 2 (overloaded w/ campaigns to play through), and (begrudgingly) Mechwarrior Online. Currently the game I am hoping to focus on is no less than that $44.5 million crowdfunding juggernaut of an MMO that is Star Citizen, and I hope to do this in my.   All in all I hope to get know you all. I'll catch you all in the 'verse.   Sincerely, Aeolus Drift
  13. Introductions are always quirky and awkward incidents that hardly represent the individual. Do they have an online résumé system? I should probably invest in that. Anyways, I'll start off by saying hello to the impressive community of this website.    I've been playing games for a long time, especially MMOs, and have always had a hard time finding a solid community to grow with. In a sense, I've been drifting from MMO to MMO ever since FFXI and early WoW to find a special and enduring game again. Most importantly, it was always the community that created and sustained my enjoyment, but alas, as games age, people begin to dwindle in support and interest. Looking through this site and the different chapters posed for the upcoming MMOs, it truly seems like a close knit group of players. And I think that's pretty awesome. I've been a veteran of the MMO genre for years now, ever since 2001, and am just looking for a place to finally call home. I've had experience in running guilds in WoW and Planetside 2, which were enjoyable vocations, but sadly dispersed as time unraveled their necessity.   On a more personal note, I'm German with a perfect English accent, I'm about to finish my Bachelor's Degree in English this December, and I'm 22 years old. Also, I'm a dude. Though my degree might seem humorous, I have a knack for writing and might even publish one day. I've written many charter rule sets and edited many papers during my time in school, so feel free to ask me for peer editing/reviewing. Lastly, I am a very open and blunt person at times, which I blame on my European heritage, but I'm also very respectable and modest in terms of people relations.   So I hope there might be a place for me somewhere here, especially in the Wild Star chapter. I'll be snooping around and hopefully getting in contact with veteran members to see how things are run here, but I'm thoroughly excited and maybe I'll finally find a place to call home. Cheer.
  14. Howdy to Team Legacy.   I posted in the Meet the Guild 2.0 thread but wanted to post something here by way of introduction as well.   A bit about me, I was born and raised in Texas where I started gaming during one of Dallas's hilarious shutdowns in the face of any snow whatsoever when my dad got fed up being in the house with me and my brother and went out to buy a NES.  Many hours of Duck Hunt and RBI Baseball later I was an addict (although I still maintain that RBI Baseball cheats, because there's no way their outfielders could move that fast!)   My time with MMOs began with Star Wars Galaxies, moved on to WoW through WotLK and then to STO, SWTOR and now Wildstar.  I've done all three of the classic roles but hope to tank in Wildstar.   My main focus is going to be PvE, although I'll certainly do PvP.  If I make the cut from Recruit to Core I'll be looking forward to playing with y'all.
  15. Hello there Team Legacy,   This is Ortseam (Maestro backwards, feel free to call me either/or).  Just thought I would introduce myself to the community and give you a brief synopsis of myself.   To start off I have lived in many places, I was born in a small town in Illinois called Mason City, moved to inner city Chicago (Higden Park if anyone else is from Chicago), and currently reside in Half Moon Bay California.  Out of all of these places I call California home, I will never go back to the Midwest after living in California :).  I am a stalwart Chicago sports fan and I love watching football and hockey.  I am currently a Logistics Specialist in the United States Navy and am currently finishing up my training in Meridian Mississppi, my next duty station will be aboard the USS Barry (an Arleigh-Burke class Destroyer) out of Norfolk, Virginia.  I love what I do and the country I serve with a fierce passion and am proud to call myself a Sailor of the U.S. Navy.   My gaming history is pretty typical, I started with City of Heroes (in my younger days the action of creating my own super hero blew my mind), I moved on to WoW when it came out and was apart of a raiding guild named Mga Hari Nga WoW (The Kings of WoW in a language that pertained to the lore of Warcraft, sadly I can't remember which).  I quit WoW when WoTK came out and moved on to a F2P mmo called Allods online where I was a member of Redemption and then later Disturbed (both were prominent raiding guilds in the game).  When GW2 came out I moved there and got fiercely competitive with the GvG scene and Zerg Bustin WvW raiding with the Dragonriders guild.   I enjoy PvP above all else, I love the competition and the rush you get when you meet a talented group of players that make you sit on the edge of your seat and focus.  I also love the feeling of beating the odds and demolishing much larger forces than your own through communication and teamwork.  However I also enjoy getting to know the people you play with and developing friendships and interacting with others through the game, I feel your a stronger unit if everyone knows each other and gets along well with one another.   Thanks for reading, hopefully I'll get accepted and start to get to know some of you guys as well   -Ortseam
  16. Hello, everyone, its 5 am posting this so ill be quick, i will soon be answering all the recruitment questions to apply a second time, as after spending around 2 hours agonized over the answers everything was erased, so feeling quite drained I am putting that aside,   SoullessPizza has been my alias for years now and ive used it in many a game, except for RPGs, the kind of person that goes around named after a theologically questionable food product is not me.   Hoping to join TL to learn about organized competitive gaming and finding like minded people in the gaming world. Onwards to Victory! higher standings! Top ranks! and most of all FUN TIMES   now i sleep,
  17. Hey there Team Legacy! I'm Jestjester - or Nikki as my friends call me! I'm currently a college student transfering to Virginia Tech. My Undergrad is Animal & Poultry Sciences and I want to study Vetrinary Medicine. The most important thing about me is I'm a total nerd! I love video games and in particular, Wildstar! The thing that brought me to your community is the Wildstar Forums and sense of community in the guild. I'm currently enjoying my time with you all in Beta and have submitted a guild application.   Question: If you could be any wildstar race in real life, what would it be?
  18. Hi Everyone!     I wanted to start out by saying that I've had an absolute blast playing with and getting to know some of you over this past beta weekend.  I'm extremely impressed with the guilds level of organization, cohesiveness, and effort shown by it's players and leadership.  It's a pleasure and a privilege to be a part of this community.       I thought I would stop by and give a quick intro.  My name is Matt and people know me as Shifty in the gaming world.  I was born in Hawaii and then moved all around the US following my dad on his military adventures.  I spent most of my time growing up in San Diego.  Like almost every other kid at this time, I spent all day everyday skateboarding with my friends.  Skateboarding meant everything in San Diego.  Especially when the great Tony Hawk rode at the same skatepark you went to everyday after school.  Back then you weren't cool unless you kickflipped the Blockbuster 7 stair.  Needless to say, many tried and many failed.  The amount of broken arms that stair set claimed...  After failing miserably, hundreds and hundreds of times, I finally landed it  one day.  I was then admitted into the 5th grade's "Cool Kid's" hall of fame.  Ever since that glorious day I've stuck with skating and picked up almost every other extreme sport I could get my hands on.     I find that gaming provides the same sense of accomplishment that I get from extreme sports.  You arn't necessarily throwing your body down a flight of stairs in hopes of being cool and obtaining eternal awesomeness but, you are standing up to the forces of eviiiiiil only to die over and over and over and over again as you watch your hopes and dreams of obtaining that legendary sword slowly fade away... Then, on the next attempt, you get into the zone like Neo from the matrix and show that dragon whose boss.  You slay the epic beast and spike your headset onto the ground as it shatters into a thousand pieces but hey, your don't care, because guess what... that F'ing sword of a thousand truths just dropped and you rolled a 100.....   (•_•)     ( •_•)>⌐■-■     (⌐■_■)   Boss Status Engaged       Okay, I admit it, I got a little carried away there...   Anyways, I now work for the Federal Reserve and HP doing computer stuffs from home.  My previous job was working as a Snowboard instructor in Lake Tahoe at Northstar.  This was an amazing experience and I plan to head back to Lake Tahoe this Winter.    Here is a picture of a 2 story bomb drop that me and my crazy friends built behind our apartment complex at Northstar.  It was basically the Blockbuster 7 stair all over again.  In the picture I'm doing my favorite snowboarding trick... a 'Shifty' (Hence the gamer name :) )               Well I think that about wraps up my intro.  It's now time to go watch some Game of Thrones.  I look forward to meeting and playing with the rest of you guys in the upcoming weeks!       Till next time, Shifty
  19. Hello people, you may not know me and I may not either (YET!). My name is Luis Augusto Sanchez but in the Internet I go with the name of "Alesmord" (The sound that comes out of your mouth is welcome :P). Today I had the amazing opportunity to meet these guys that are just amazing (My lords!) and at the end I was accepted.   Now that I am part of this big family called "Team Legacy" I wanted to introduce myself and maybe you can get to know me, maybe some of you will get to................. (Talks for an hour or more)......... (WTF he is still talking??!!! Gosh!).   I am a person that loves to laugh, share, learn and talk, I am really an outgoing person and willing to be your friend if you happen to want to be my "friend". I really hope I can get to know some of you if not most and have fun together. And by the way I would like to know which race is the best looking Medic in the game (Wildstar) OPINIONS PLEASE! I need help at this one :)
  20. Hello everybody! My name is Fanatic. I sometimes go by FanaticSoul, Zokinin, or Zokujin in game. If you see somebody with that name then it is probably me. I'm a 22-year-old software engineer in Portland, Oregon. I will talk to anyone about anything. If you have something you really want to talk to someone about and I'm on teamspeak or steam feel free to talk to me, about games or otherwise. I'm really attracted to TL for a number of reasons but the biggest is that it seems to be a real community. I'm out of town till Friday for the holidays so I won't be able to play but I look forward to when I get back. As far as what I'll play, I'm a huge strategy nerd so I usually go after games with a deep metagame but I enjoy a wide variety of activities. If you want to learn a game I play then just hit me up (or if you need math help.) Here's a list of games I either currently play or look forward to: League of legends, dota, civilization, dwarf fortress, wildstar, star citizen, king Arthur's gold, paper mtg, starbound, torment: tides of numenara, project eternity, others I'm sure but I can't remember. My lol is FanaticSoul, my steam name is Fanatic. Feel free to add me if you want to play sometime. Also, thanks for having me. :)
  21. Greetings my fellow members of Team Legacy! My name is Ghaz and I have recently joined your merry crew. My name is short for Ghazghkull, which is an Ork Warboss (war leader) from Warhammer 40000 fiction. However, I found it tedious for people to call me "Ghazghkull" so I shorted my name to "Ghaz" and had it like that ever since  . Some of the previous MMORPGs I have played include Warhammer Online, Aion, Rift, Guild Wars 2, and WoW. I am looking forwards to playing Everquest Next, EQN: Landmark, WildStar, and other future gaming titles with TL!   I learned of Team Legacy from the Tales of Tyria podcast during the Guild Wars 2 beta. It was from the ToT podcast that I learned of the many adventures of Team Legacy and the enlightening opinions of Bridger and Freelancer. However, it wasn't until I received a recommendation of Team Legacy from Exphixius, who was my old guild leader from multiple games, that I decided to look into your guild and WildStar respectively. I was impressed by what I saw from both the Team Legacy Charter and from various media surrounding WildStar that caused me to endeavor to join your community.   I currently am attending my last year at a four-year university with my aim set on acquiring a bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science. As a result, my gaming hours are restricted for the majority of the week besides Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.   I am a more PvE-oriented player, but I am a very competitive player. I am not opposed to PvP, but I prefer organized group PvP over 1v1 or pug PvP.   I will be attending the community meeting on Wednesday and I hope to be formally introduced to you all there! Blarg Blarg HONK!   PS. Thanks for all the fish
  22. Hi Team Legacy! My name's Tyson, but I go by Xploit in game. Saw your post on Reddit's Wildstar Guild Subreddit and though, "Now, this is a guild I can get behind." I am an avid gamer and play everything I can get my hands on. Looking forward to Wildstar coming out and hope to join you guys during and after the beta! I'm always using in game chat, Mumble, Ventrilo, Teamspeak, etc. So Hopefully I'll talk to you guys on their soon. -Xploit, out!

About TL

As a gaming community by definition, we are always playing the latest releases, and we continually look for competitive large-scale formats to test our organization against other respected, well-prepared guilds and communities. If the title is competitive, and involves pitting the skill of one guild against another, we are there..
